Private Jet Charter from Seattle to Scottsdale

If you’re trading a rainy Seattle morning for an afternoon in the desert, start with the part you don’t want to rush: a tee time, a family dinner or a quiet first evening at your resort. We’ll build the flight around that.

Aircraft & flight time

Featured airport pair: Seattle Boeing Field (BFI) to Scottsdale (SDL)

The estimates start with this pair. Select another listed airport to compare.

CategoryEst. nonstop timeEstimated max passengers
Light jet2h 40m – 3h 15mUp to 9
Midsize jet2h 30m – 3h 05mUp to 8
Super-midsize jet2h 25m – 2h 55mUp to 10

Planning estimates use straight-line distance, assumed category speeds and an allowance for climb, descent and routing. Actual time and nonstop capability depend on the aircraft, winds, passenger and baggage load, and airport conditions. Fuel stops and ground time are excluded. Passenger counts are upper-end seating examples for each category. The number your flight can carry depends on the aircraft layout, baggage, fuel and airport conditions.

Planning detail 01

Choose your departure by where you’re starting

Start with Boeing Field if you’re leaving from downtown Seattle. If your group is coming from Everett or the northern suburbs, compare Paine Field before sending everyone south. If a guest is arriving on an airline flight at Seattle–Tacoma International, share the connection time so we can account for baggage claim and the transfer to the private terminal.

Planning detail 02

Pick the Arizona airport by your first stop

Scottsdale Airport is a private aviation airport in North Scottsdale and a good starting point for stays near the Scottsdale Quarter or courses farther north. If you’re headed to downtown Phoenix or meeting someone arriving on an airline flight, compare Phoenix Sky Harbor. We’ll check the drive at your actual arrival time and confirm the private terminal address.

Planning detail 03

Check the clocks before booking the first tee

Scottsdale is one hour ahead of Seattle when Seattle is on standard time; the clocks match when Seattle is on daylight saving time. For a winter trip, a 9 a.m. Seattle departure and a three-hour flight would put you in Scottsdale at 1 p.m. local time. Build in the drive and course check-in before committing to a tee time.

Questions about Seattle to Scottsdale charters

Can everyone bring clubs and a suitcase?

Yes, with the right aircraft. Tell us how many golf bags and suitcases you’re bringing. We’ll compare baggage space as well as cabin seating, especially if you’re packing hard golf cases.

Does summer heat affect the return flight?

It can. Heat reduces takeoff performance, which can matter when you’re leaving Scottsdale with a full cabin and luggage. We’ll compare aircraft for the expected conditions and discuss an earlier departure if it gives you better options.

Can we fly into Scottsdale and return from Phoenix?

Yes. If you’re starting your stay in North Scottsdale and finishing at an event downtown, we can quote different airports for each leg and confirm the private terminal for your return when you book.
