Choose the airport around your first stop
For Manhattan, Teterboro (TEB) is one option to compare. For a Westchester address or plans north of the city, Westchester County (HPN) may be a better fit. If you’re heading to Long Island, send the exact address so we can look closer to that part of your trip. We’ll compare the flight and drive together, with your hotel, meeting or event time in mind.

Arrive with time for what matters
Whether you’re flying in for a board meeting, a wedding or a family celebration, tell us where you need to be and when you’d like to walk through the door. We’ll work backward from that time, factoring in the drive from the private terminal and allowing for traffic. We can arrange a car to meet you after landing and, if you’re returning the same day, plan your pickup around when you expect to be ready to leave.

A cabin that feels right for the trip
A quiet place to work matters on some flights. On others, it’s seats together for the family, space for the luggage or a meal everyone will enjoy. Share those preferences before we propose aircraft. If Wi-Fi is essential, we’ll confirm it for the specific aircraft you’re considering.
Planning detail 04
Keep the car and flight on the same plan
Your itinerary will show the private terminal address and tail number for you to share with your driver. Introduce us if you’d like us to coordinate directly. For the return, tell us where you’ll be starting that morning. A few days outside Manhattan can make a different departure airport more convenient.
