Private Jet Charter from Miami to Turks and Caicos

A villa on Long Bay and a stay on Ambergris Cay call for two different arrivals. On Providenciales, your driver can take you straight to the villa. On Ambergris Cay, a suitable charter can land directly on the island, with customs arranged ahead of time. Tell us where you’ve booked and how you’d like the first afternoon to unfold.

Aircraft & flight time

Featured airport pair: Miami–Opa locka (OPF) to Providenciales (PLS)

The estimates start with this pair. Select another listed airport to compare.

Midsize jet1h 25m – 1h 50mUp to 8
Super-midsize jet1h 20m – 1h 45mUp to 10

Planning estimates use straight-line distance, assumed category speeds and an allowance for climb, descent and routing. Actual time and nonstop capability depend on the aircraft, winds, passenger and baggage load, and airport conditions. Fuel stops and ground time are excluded. Passenger counts are upper-end seating examples for each category. The number your flight can carry depends on the aircraft layout, baggage, fuel and airport conditions.

Planning detail 01

Start with the Miami airport that fits your morning

If you’re leaving from Coral Gables, Pinecrest or farther south, we’ll compare Miami Executive with Miami International. For a group starting near Aventura or in northern Miami-Dade, we’ll look at Miami–Opa locka Executive. If someone is joining you off an airline flight, we’ll also compare departing from Miami International and leave time for baggage claim and the transfer to the private terminal.

Planning detail 02

For Grace Bay or Long Bay, land on Providenciales

Both are on Providenciales, so there’s no onward flight or boat to arrange. We’ll coordinate your driver after customs and share your villa’s exact address and any gate instructions. If you’re arriving before the villa is ready, we can plan the flight around check-in or coordinate a lunch stop and ask your host about early luggage drop-off.

Planning detail 03

For Ambergris Cay, compare a direct arrival first

We can arrange a charter directly from Miami to Ambergris Cay International Airport when the aircraft meets the island’s charter limits and customs and immigration are confirmed in advance. We’ll also plan the return before you book: Ambergris Cay has no on-site aircraft fuel. When refueling is needed, we plan for the aircraft to refuel after dropping you off and before returning to pick you up, so you don’t have to make a separate fuel stop.

Questions about Miami to Turks and Caicos charters

Do we have to stop in Providenciales to clear customs for Ambergris Cay?

A stop isn’t required when your charter is approved to land directly and customs and immigration are arranged on Ambergris Cay. We’ll confirm clearance and the arrival window before your arrival.

Can we go straight to our villa with kiteboards or dive gear?

Yes, let us know what you’re bringing before we compare aircraft. A full cabin may have enough seats but still lack space for long board bags or bulky dive cases.

What if we want to leave Ambergris Cay late in the day?

We’ll check your preferred return time before you book. The island airport lists regular hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and considers exceptions only during daylight. If you’d like a last lunch on the island, we’ll work backward from the confirmed departure window and allow time for the required outbound formalities.
