A flight is not confirmed until the applicable Charter Agreement has been accepted, all required documentation has been completed, the required payment or deposit has been received, and aircraft availability has been confirmed.

Confirmed charter services are governed by a separate Charter Agreement and any applicable flight-specific terms. If these website Terms conflict with an executed Charter Agreement, the Charter Agreement will control concerning the booked transportation.

Aircraft and destination images appearing on this website are representative unless expressly identified as depicting the exact aircraft offered for a particular flight.
