We may collect information you provide when requesting a quote, contacting us, or arranging a trip. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, departure and arrival locations, dates, times, passenger count, preferences, and message content.

If you proceed with a charter, additional passenger information may be required to complete the trip. Depending on the itinerary, this may include passenger names, dates of birth, identification or passport information, citizenship, accessibility needs, pet information, and other travel documentation. When passenger information is legally or operationally required for a confirmed flight, you may be asked to provide it.

Our website and hosting providers may automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs for website operation and security.

We use information to respond to inquiries; develop, communicate, and administer charter options; verify trip requirements; coordinate with air carriers and service providers; process transactions; provide customer support; maintain security; prevent fraud or misuse; comply with legal obligations; enforce agreements; and improve our services.

We may use contact information to follow up about a requested trip or an existing client relationship. We do not send promotional messages where consent is required unless that consent has been obtained. You may ask us to stop promotional communications at any time.

Quote-request information is transmitted through our secure communications provider solely to deliver it to Platinum Private Jets. It is not provided to third parties for their own use or marketing. If a client confirms a trip, only passenger information legally or operationally required for that flight may be provided with the client’s knowledge or authorization.

Payment-card information is entered by the client directly into the third-party payment merchant’s secure system. Platinum Private Jets does not provide the client’s payment-card information to that merchant on the client’s behalf.

We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or an airport or government authority; to protect passengers or others; or to investigate fraud or security concerns.

Platinum Private Jets does not sell or rent personal information.

The website uses essential storage or similar technologies needed for security and basic operation. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and improve the experience. Analytics may process page visits, approximate location, browser and device information, referral source, and non-identifying interactions such as a completed request or a phone or email link click.

Where applicable law requires prior consent, analytics storage remains disabled unless you select Accept analytics. Google’s tag may receive limited consent and technical signals while storage is disabled. Elsewhere, analytics may be enabled automatically, subject to the privacy choices available on the website. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, routes, dates, passenger details, messages, and other quote or contact-form contents are not sent to Google Analytics. We do not currently use analytics data for advertising or remarketing.

You may decline or disable optional analytics and continue using the website. You can revisit your selection at any time through the Privacy choices control. When analytics is enabled, Google may set analytics cookies and process information under its own privacy policy.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including responding to requests, administering trips, maintaining business and financial records, resolving disputes, and satisfying legal or regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary according to the information and relationship.

We are committed to keeping client information private and use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we handle. We continually evaluate how information is received, accessed, stored, and transmitted so that privacy remains central to our process. Please do not send highly sensitive identification or payment information through an unsecured website message or ordinary email unless specifically instructed through an appropriate secure channel.

To help prevent automated abuse, our security provider verifies form submissions. The website temporarily stores limited request counters associated with a one-way hashed security identifier. The underlying IP address and quote details are not stored in the website’s rate-limit database.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about certain disclosures of personal information. These rights may be subject to exceptions, identity verification, recordkeeping duties, and other legal limitations.

To make a privacy request, use our secure Contact page and select “Privacy request.” We will use the information in your request to verify and respond to it. You may also use that form to update your contact preferences.

Information may be processed in the United States and in countries involved in a requested trip, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Our website may link to or embed third-party services that we do not control; their privacy practices are governed by their own terms.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, vendors, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted here with a new effective date.

Questions or requests may be submitted through our secure Contact page. Please avoid including passport numbers, payment-card details, or similarly sensitive information in an initial message.

Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy excludes mobile opt-in data and consent.
