Private Jet Charter from Dallas to Miami

Maybe you’re flying in for a Brickell meeting and want to be back in Dallas that evening. Or you’re heading straight from the aircraft to a yacht. Tell us where you need to be and when, and we’ll build the trip backward from there.

Aircraft & flight time

Featured airport pair: Dallas Love Field (DAL) to Miami–Opa locka (OPF)

The estimates start with this pair. Select another listed airport to compare.

CategoryEst. nonstop timeEstimated max passengers
Light jet2h 40m – 3h 15mUp to 9
Midsize jet2h 30m – 3h 05mUp to 8
Super-midsize jet2h 25m – 2h 55mUp to 10

Planning estimates use straight-line distance, assumed category speeds and an allowance for climb, descent and routing. Actual time and nonstop capability depend on the aircraft, winds, passenger and baggage load, and airport conditions. Fuel stops and ground time are excluded. Passenger counts are upper-end seating examples for each category. The number your flight can carry depends on the aircraft layout, baggage, fuel and airport conditions.

Planning detail 01

Start with the Dallas airport that suits your group

From Uptown or the Park Cities, start with Dallas Love Field. If most guests are coming from North Dallas, Plano or Frisco, compare Addison before asking everyone to drive farther south. If a guest is joining from an airline flight at Dallas Fort Worth International, we can compare a departure from the same airport and allow time for checked bags and the transfer to the private terminal.

Planning detail 02

Choose the Miami airport around your first stop

For a Brickell meeting or a stay in Coral Gables, compare Miami International. For Hard Rock Stadium or plans in northern Miami-Dade, start with Miami–Opa locka Executive. If you’re staying in Kendall or farther southwest, look at Miami Executive. For Miami Beach, give us the hotel address: a stay in South Beach and one in Bal Harbour can favor different airports. We’ll compare the drive at the time you expect to land.

Planning detail 03

Set your flight time around the plans you can’t move

Miami is one hour ahead of Dallas. If you leave Dallas at 9 a.m. and the flight takes two hours and 45 minutes, you’ll land at 12:45 p.m. Miami time. For a 1:30 p.m. meeting in Brickell, that leaves 45 minutes from touchdown to walking in the door. We’d look at an earlier departure, especially if you’re arriving during an event or at a busy time on the roads.

Questions about Dallas to Miami charters

Can we fly to Miami for a meeting and return to Dallas the same day?

Yes. Share your meeting address and the earliest you can realistically leave. We’ll confirm both flight times before you book and allow time to get back to the private terminal. If the meeting may run over, tell us upfront so we can build in some room.

What do you need if we’re meeting a yacht?

Send us the marina name, dock or gate, and the time your captain wants everyone aboard. If the yacht is at anchor, ask your captain for the tender pickup point and the last pickup time. We’ll plan your flight around that handoff and share the private terminal details with your driver.

If we’re going to a game at Hard Rock Stadium, where should we land?

Miami–Opa locka Executive is a good first option to compare. Share kickoff time and when you’d like to be at the stadium. We’ll allow for event traffic and the walk from the drop-off point, and agree on a pickup plan for after the game if you’re flying home that night.
