Private Jet Charter from Los Angeles & Orange County to Las Vegas

You’ve got seats for the game, a dinner reservation or one night to celebrate with friends. Let’s start with what you came for. Give us the time you want to be in your seat or at your table, and we’ll plan the flight and private car around it.

Aircraft & flight time

Featured airport pair: Van Nuys (VNY) to Las Vegas Harry Reid (LAS)

The estimates start with this pair. Select another listed airport to compare.

CategoryEst. nonstop timeEstimated max passengers
Light jet0h 45m – 1h 05mUp to 9
Midsize jet0h 45m – 1h 00mUp to 8
Super-midsize jet0h 40m – 1h 00mUp to 10

Planning estimates use straight-line distance, assumed category speeds and an allowance for climb, descent and routing. Actual time and nonstop capability depend on the aircraft, winds, passenger and baggage load, and airport conditions. Fuel stops and ground time are excluded. Passenger counts are upper-end seating examples for each category. The number your flight can carry depends on the aircraft layout, baggage, fuel and airport conditions.

Planning detail 01

Start with the drive you actually have to make

If you’re leaving from Encino, Sherman Oaks or the west San Fernando Valley, start by comparing Van Nuys (VNY). Burbank (BUR) is worth a look from the studio district or the eastern Valley. If you’re starting near the coast or connecting from an airline flight, consider LAX; if everyone is in Newport Beach or Irvine, compare John Wayne (SNA) before asking the group to drive up to LA. Send us where each guest is coming from. The most convenient airport for the group may be different from the one closest to any one person.

Planning detail 02

Match your Las Vegas airport to your first stop

For a Strip hotel, dinner or a game at Allegiant Stadium, we’ll usually start by comparing Harry Reid International (LAS). Henderson Executive (HND) is worth a look for a stay in Henderson or the south valley, while North Las Vegas (VGT) gives us another option for plans north of the Strip. Your driver will need the private terminal address on your itinerary, which can differ from the airline arrivals address. We’ll share the pickup point before you leave California.

Planning detail 03

Plan for the crowd at the venue

A short flight can still leave you rushing if you’ve only allowed time for the drive. At Allegiant Stadium, Hacienda Bridge closes to vehicles on select event days and the venue designates drop-off and pickup areas. If you’re going to a game, let us know if you’d like time for drinks or dinner before kickoff. We’ll coordinate with your driver around the event’s access plan and agree on a meeting point for afterward.

Planning detail 04

Confirm your return flight when you book

For a same-night round trip, we’ll confirm both departure times when you book. We’ll help you choose a return time that leaves room to get from the venue to the private terminal after the game, show or dinner. Before finalizing, we’ll check that your planned arrival in California works with the airport’s nighttime rules. If needed, we’ll compare another return airport so you can choose the itinerary that works best for your evening.

Questions about Los Angeles & Orange County to Las Vegas charters

Can we leave from Orange County and come back to Van Nuys?

Yes. We can plan different airports for each leg. Tell us where everyone will end the night, and whether anyone is leaving a car at the departure terminal so we can plan around that too.

Where will our driver meet us in Las Vegas?

We’ll give your driver the exact private terminal and confirm the pickup point. If that terminal permits a wing-to-car transfer, we can request it. Otherwise, your driver will meet you outside the private terminal and take you to the agreed hotel or venue entrance.

What if overtime or a late dinner pushes back our flight?

Let us know as soon as you think you’ll need more time. We’ll do our best to adjust the departure and check whether the later arrival still works at your California airport. We’ll confirm the revised plan before you leave the venue.

Is there a time change between Southern California and Las Vegas?

No. Both are on Pacific time, so your dinner reservation and departure are on the same clock. For a same-night return after midnight, we’ll make the calendar date clear on your itinerary.
