Private Jet Charter from New York to Turks and Caicos

If you’re leaving Manhattan on a winter morning, there’s a lot between the elevator at home and your first swim in Turks and Caicos. We’ll start with where everyone is coming from, then work backward from the moment you want to be at your villa. If you’re staying on Ambergris Cay, we can look at landing right on the island.

Aircraft & flight time

Featured airport pair: Teterboro (TEB) to Providenciales (PLS)

The estimates start with this pair. Select another listed airport to compare.

CategoryEst. nonstop timeEstimated max passengers
Light jet3h 05m – 3h 50mUp to 9
Midsize jet2h 55m – 3h 35mUp to 8
Super-midsize jet2h 50m – 3h 25mUp to 10

Planning estimates use straight-line distance, assumed category speeds and an allowance for climb, descent and routing. Actual time and nonstop capability depend on the aircraft, winds, passenger and baggage load, and airport conditions. Fuel stops and ground time are excluded. Passenger counts are upper-end seating examples for each category. The number your flight can carry depends on the aircraft layout, baggage, fuel and airport conditions.

Planning detail 01

Pick the departure airport around your guests

From Manhattan, start with Teterboro in New Jersey and check the Hudson crossing at the hour you’ll be driving. If most guests are coming from Greenwich, Rye or northern Westchester, compare Westchester County Airport near White Plains. For a group starting on Long Island, consider Republic Airport in Farmingdale before sending everyone across the city. If someone is joining after an airline flight, tell us which airport and whether they’re checking bags before we set the charter departure.

Planning detail 02

Plan the first afternoon around your villa

For Grace Bay or Long Bay, land on Providenciales and continue by car after customs. If you’re arriving ahead of check-in with children, we can ask the villa team about early access or luggage drop-off and plan a lunch stop in the meantime. Share the villa name and gate instructions so your driver knows exactly where to take you.

Planning detail 03

Land directly on Ambergris Cay

If your stay is on Ambergris Cay, we can arrange a direct charter from the New York area when the aircraft suits the island’s charter limits and customs and immigration are arranged in advance. We’ll confirm clearance and the arrival window before your arrival. Ambergris Cay has no aircraft fuel. On the longer flight from New York, whether you can fly nonstop depends on the aircraft you choose. When the aircraft and itinerary allow, we’ll arrange refueling after dropping you off and before picking you up. We’ll let you know before booking if either leg requires a fuel stop with passengers onboard.

Questions about New York to Turks and Caicos charters

What if it’s snowing when we leave New York?

We’ll keep you updated if winter weather affects the departure and coordinate with your villa team if your arrival shifts. If deicing is needed, it’s billed separately after the flight. When hangar space is available, we’ll try to arrange it before departure to reduce the chance of needing deicing.

Can we bring a stroller, kiteboards and suitcases on the same flight?

Yes, with the right aircraft. Tell us how many guests are traveling and what gear is coming with you before we compare options. A jet may have enough seats for your group but still lack space for long board bags and a folded stroller alongside everyone’s suitcases.

Can we leave from Teterboro and return to Westchester?

Yes. If you’re starting in Manhattan but heading home to Greenwich or Westchester afterward, we can quote a different airport for the return. If you’re leaving a car at Teterboro, tell us before booking so we can account for it.
