Last-minute recovery charter when your flight falls through
Your jet is grounded, your charter is canceled, and your passengers are already at the FBO? We know how frustrating a mechanical can be, especially when everyone is ready to go. Tell us where you are and where you’re heading. We’ll do everything we can to get you back on track. We aim to have a replacement ready to take off within two to four hours, and in some cases we can have you wheels up within an hour.
Aircraft on ground (AOG): what we need from you
Call with your departure airport, destination, passenger count, luggage, and the latest time you can depart. Let us know whether passengers are already at the FBO and if a nearby airport works for a faster departure. For a canceled airline flight, tell us when the group and its checked bags can realistically be ready to transfer to the private terminal.
How we look for a replacement
We compare aircraft close enough to position for your departure, then check crew availability to make sure we get you the right aircraft, with room for everyone and their luggage. We’ll tell you if switching airports or adjusting the departure gives you a better option. Timing depends on how long it takes to reposition the aircraft and get the crew ready. We’ll confirm the details before you commit.
Keep your group moving on one plan
Once you choose an option, we’ll confirm the private terminal address and coordinate changes to your ground pickup if requested. If you’re connecting to a yacht, a wedding, or another flight, give us the cutoff so we can compare options against the time that actually matters.
